Returns + Exchanges


Ready-to-Wear Collection: Each piece we ship out to our clients is considered custom and made-to-order. Fleur + Dot does not carry stock and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges on our ready-to-wear collection. We would LOVE to work with you at the time of your order to ensure the perfect fit, color and design for you and your little! Once your order has been cut, please note we cannot make changes to your order. 

Should your order be damaged during shipping or due to a flaw inherent in the item, we will work with you to make your order right ASAP by offering a replacement piece. Please get in touch with us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Original piece must be returned with tags attached and tracking provided. Date posted back to Fleur + Dot must be within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will happily email you a return label for returns due to damage or flaws. 

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Please note that your order may take up to 12 weeks to arrive! Typically, our orders make it overseas and into your mailbox within 2-3 weeks. However, due to customs within your country of origin, this timeframe can be greatly extended. We cannot be responsible for customs delays. Please also note you are responsible for all customs charges and/or taxes and/or courier fees required by country. We hand deliver each international package to our local post office to ensure they are properly packaged, tagged and full postage paid. 


PDF Downloadable Patterns: Due to the nature of the downloadable pattern, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges of any kind on these products. We are more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have regarding downloadable patterns prior to purchase.
